This website “www.cellardoorgallery.com” and all marketing materials are owned and operated by Cellar Door Gallery.
For abbreviation, Cellar Door Gallery will be referred to as “we” “us” or “our” within this website, marketing emails and on social media.
Anyone who browses this website will be referred to as “you” “user” or “customer”.
Any third-party, such as license holders or artists will be referred to as “them” “they’re” or “their”.
Any time we use “For Example” or “Such as” in our Terms and Conditions, they are strictly example only and not to be taken as gospel, nor is the statement made to be used in literal terms and can be applied to various similar situations, some not listed, at our discretion. We take no responsibility if the information found in this website is not up to date, accurate or complete.
Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully, as when visiting our website, either to make a purchase or to browse, you are subject to and agree to be bound to our Terms and Conditions.

Store

All items found within our store are owned by Cellar Door Gallery, the respected artist and the license owner. We reserve the right to modify the prices on our website at any time without notifying you. We reserve the right to remove any product from our store without notifying you. When purchasing in a currency other than GBP, your bank may charge you a Foreign Transaction Fee. This is beyond our control.
You may not use any of the products found within our website to claim as something to sell as your own, or infringe on any copyright laws. You will not re-produce any products found on our store.

We have multiple policies regarding purchase limits on our store:

Posters
  • Limited Edition Posters are for purchase strictly one person per household. For Example: A poster that is on our store with a pre-decided edition of 350 would be classed as Limited Edition.  Any poster that is included in this rule will say on its product page “One Per Household”. If you purchase more than one, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your second purchase. If you wish to purchase more than one of a particular poster, please contact us on hello@cellardoorgallery.com.
  • Timed Edition Posters may be purchased as many times as you desire within the allocated time period they are available. For Example: a poster that is available for purchase between Friday 7th of September 16:00 GMT to Friday 14th of September 16:00 GMT would be classed as a Timed Edition. Certain Timed Editions may be exempt from this rule depending on Licensers Requests.
  • Open Edition Posters may be purchased as many times as you desire for as long as the item is available on our website.
 
T-Shirts
  • Timed Edition T-Shirts may be purchased as many times as you desire within the allocated time period they are available.
  • Open Edition T-Shirts may be purchased as many times as you desire for as long as the item is available on our website.
 
Pins
  • Limited Edition Pins are for purchase strictly one person per household. If you purchase more than one, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your second purchase.
  •  Open Edition Pins may be purchased as many times as you desire for as long as the item is available on our website.
 

Store Error

In the event of heavy site traffic, you may experience technical difficulties. We cannot be held responsible for any issues experienced during product loading or basket checkout. In the unlikely event that a Limited-Edition product is oversold due to heavy site traffic, we will operate on a first come, first serve basis. Purchases made after the Limited stock has sold will be cancelled and you will be refunded. However, should you require assistance please contact our customer service at hello@cellardoorgallery.com.
 

Returns & Refunds

All Items sold within our store have their own individual return policies, any refused parcels that are not included within the returns policy will be subject to a 30% restocking fee and shipping will not be refunded.

Posters:
  • All poster sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on any poster sold. If there is a problem with your order, please contact hello@cellardoorgallery.com for assistance.
 
T-Shirts:
  • Limited Edition/Timed Edition: As they are made to order, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on any Limited Edition or Timed Edition T-Shirts sold as they are made to order. If there is a problem with your order, please contact hello@cellardoorgallery.com.
  • Open Edition: We offer a 28-day return period on all Open Edition T-Shirts providing they are sent back in re-saleable condition. If you wish to return an Open Edition T-Shirt, please contact hello@cellardoorgallery.com. You are responsible for any shipping costs.
 
Pins:
  • Limited Edition/Timed Edition: As they are made to order, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on any Limited Edition or Timed Edition Pins. If there is a problem with your order, please contact hello@cellardoorgallery.com.
  • Open Edition: We offer a 28 day return period on all Open Edition Pins providing they are sent back in re-saleable condition. If you wish to return an Open Edition Pin, please contact hello@cellardoorgallery.com.


Delays and Accuracy

We use Third Parties to print our products. Due to the nature of Fine Art Printing, certain runs may take longer to finish than initially advertised. If this situation occurs, we take no responsibility, but we promise to always do our best to keep you updated via Email or Social Media. We do not offer refunds on delayed products under any condition as all sales are final. When posting product images to our website, we endeavour to make them as accurate as possible, we cannot guarantee that your monitor displays the colours accurately. We take no responsibility if the information found in this website is not up to date, accurate or complete
 

Shipping, Shipping Delays, Risk of Loss

Prior to shipping, each item is quality checked and inspected thoroughly for any potential damages. We promise not to ship any item that does not meet our high standards of quality, so any damage to the posters will not have been on our end and it will be assumed the damage was done during removal of the print from the tube. Should you have any issues with an item upon arrival, please contact hello@cellardoorgallery.com.
We aim to get all parcels sent out within 14 days with products that are in stock. However, delays can occur. We endeavour to update you as much as possible, but will not refund delayed orders.
All items purchased from us are made in accordance with a shipping contract. Whilst all items are quality checked prior to leaving our possession, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or delays that occur during the shipping/delivery process. When purchasing from our store, you acknowledge the risk of possible loss, damage or delay of your item during shipment from the courier to you. We will do our best to accommodate in this situation, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a replacement of your product.
We cannot offer combined shipping at this current time on Posters. We can however, offer combined shipping on T-shirts and Pins.
You may be subject to customs charges when you receive a product from us, these are completely beyond our control and we are under no obligation to compensate you. You should always check customs charges prior to purchasing a product.
If you miss a delivery and the product is returned to us, prior to re-stocking, we will contact you to see if you still want the item. You will be responsible for any shipping or customs charges should you want the product sending back to you again. If you refuse to pay for shipping again, you will be subject to a 30% restocking fee and shipping will not be refunded.

We are open to all feedback and suggestions in regards to making our website and customer service a better experience for all. All feedback and suggestions are sent at your own discretion and we are under no obligation to uphold confidence, credit, reward and pay you any compensation for any contribution.
You agree not send any original artwork or ideas without first consulting us as we will not be held responsible for any work published by us that you deem to be similar to that you submitted. If you do still choose to do so, you automatically grant us royalty free permission to use, modify, reproduce and take inspiration from the art in any way we see fit without any credit, reward or payment compensation.
You agree not to send any of the above that has not been created by yourself or send anything that may be deemed as offensive or anything that may be threatening to a license owners intellectual property.

We hold no liability for the content found on a Third Parties website and you click on all links at your own risk, we have absolutely no responsibility to check their website for content that may be deemed inappropriate.  When purchasing from a Third Party, we are not liable for any disputes of any nature you should have with them. Should there be any problem, queries, disputes or complaints should be taken up directly with the Third-Party site that you visited. Third-parties do not speak on behalf of Cellar Door Gallery, content of any nature you deem to find offensive that is found in anything they publish such as websites, social media, newsletters. We are not responsible for any viruses if you click on a third-party link.
 

Refusal of Service

We have the right to refuse service and ban anyone from making a purchase if we feel it necessary.  We operate on a zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination and abuse of any kind across our website and various social media outlets. We have the right to refuse service to those we suspect are using bots to buy our products.

We reserve the right to make changes to our Website and any content found within it, such as Terms and Conditions, at any time without notifying you.
