Whats the best way for me to keep up to date with your latest releases?
The best way to keep up to date with our News and Latest Products is by signing up to our Newsletter or following us on Social Media on Instagram, Twitter or Reddit . We may also occasionally do surprise releases so always keep an eye on our website.

Can I purchase the same poster twice?
Limited Edition Posters: No. To make it fair on everyone, only one person, per household can purchase a limited edition poster. Any duplicates may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
Timed Edition Posters: Yes. Unless otherwise stated, you may buy as many as you wish within the allocated sale time period. Please note individual License restrictions may apply.
Open Edition Posters: Yes. Unless otherwise stated, You may purchase as many as you wish for as long as the item is available.
The page of each individual poster will inform you of the maximum purchase allowance, but please refer to our Terms and Conditions or Contact Us us for more information.
 
If I missed out on a poster, can I get it again in the future?
No, we're sorry, once the poster has sold out it's gone for good. 
 
Can I combine shipping with an older order?
Yes, As long as the item hasn’t shipped yet, the poster releases are in a similar time period, and its the same type of order i.e. posters with posters, t-shirts with t-shirts. You will have to wait until the latter order is ready to ship before we can ship them out to you. We do not combine shipping on Timed Releases due to time  constraints.
With posters, we allow two posters per tube maximum to preserve the quality. We have the right to refuse this service if we feel like combining the shipping may cause damage to a product. Please Contact Us as soon as you place your order if you want to combine shipping. This service is also subject to our Terms and Conditions.
 
I’ve changed my mind on a poster, how do I get a refund?
All Sales Are Final on all of our Posters.
 
I have a problem with my order
Please Contact Us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order i.e. your item arrives damaged, your item doesn’t arrive at all.
 
I ordered a T-Shirt in the wrong size, how do I get a replacement
Please Contact Us to sort out a replacement order. Limited Edition and Timed Edition T-Shirts are none returnable/refundable as they are made to order.

At Cellar Door Gallery, we’re always looking for new artists to collaborate with, whether you’re fresh up and coming talent, or an industry pro, we'd be excited to work with you.
